<description>Is it possible to use this mix to produce smoke stars or smoke pellets? If yes which binder should be used?

<description>Though I&#039;m currently tinkering in EX rocketry, purchase a majority of my chemicals from you.
For tracking in the sky, have been curious about using a smoke-mix with fuse (or more likely eMatch) connected to the drogue-deploy charge.
It would be secured either within the nosecone or in the drogue airframe (which tend to have more available space than the main-chute payload bay).
For the best visibility against clear sky, possibly angled towards/within the sun, is there a formula for BLACK smoke compositions? I&#039;ve tried your blue mix, and it&#039;s a brilliant thick color. Is there an easily available formula for a deep thick BLACK smoke?
Thanks for any help available.

		<description>Babe:
Adding nitrocellulose to the mix would change the burn characteristics of the smoke and almost certainly ruin the smoke color. Tell me more about what you want to make: smoke in a tube, smoke pellets...? --Harry
